Another Man Revealed to be Victim in Chris Golightly Violence Case

It turns out there was another victim in the violence case involving Superstar K3 contestant Chris Golightly.

On September 22, Chris was questioned at the Seoul Yongsan Police Agency for attacking a woman in her 20s.

According to an official, he started quarreling with a woman on the streets of Itaewon while he tried to borrow a fire from her on September 16, and then grabbed a safety cone and threw it at her.

The woman, however, wasn′t the only victim. It turns out there was a man who tried to get between the two and stop them from fighting. The man jumped into the fight after seeing Chris throw the safety cone at the woman.

Chris grabbed the man by the back of the neck and pushed him away. When the woman who had been attacked took out her cell phone to film the incident, he took the phone from her and threw it to the floor. He then ran away.

The man who had been involved in the fight told enews, "Chris ran away even from the woman who had been accompanying him. I received a written diagnosis for two weeks of hospital care, and I had to get a cast on my foot. I′m preparing to take measures."

"I asked him whether he was drunk, and he said he was. The woman who was with him tried to stop him, but he laughed after throwing the safety cone and ridiculed us," he said.

"After he threw the safety cone, a woman called the police. When they told him the police were on their way, he tried to run away. I grabbed his arm to stop him, but he grabbed the back of my neck again and pushed me away. He then ran."

The police rep who took part in the investigation said, "We′ve finished looking into that too. The investigation has been closed with [Chris] being booked without detention. The case will be sent to prosecution on Monday."

Chris originally planned to launch promotions in Korea soon.
