Wearing a Henry Holland printed two piece and a black bra, the singer showed off her toned physique before hitting the stage at the weekend.
But just how does she get those abs? Rita says she doesn't work out that much – but performing live and all that running around keeps her in check.

Lie on your back with a weight in each hand – pick either a dumbbell weight you are comfortable with or just find something heavy from around the house!
With your legs outstretched, lift them at a 45 degree angle. Extend your arms out behind your head with the weights.
Simultaneously raise your legs until they are straight up above you, and bring your arms up over your head to meet them, making sure you feel the move in your stomach, not your neck.
Return your arms back over your head and lower your legs, but don't let them touch the ground. That is one rep. Now do three sets of 15. Go!
