Blackie Chen's twins get TV offers
27 Feb – Since the birth of their twin sons, TV personality Blackie Chen and Taiwanese actress Christine Fan have been receiving various endorsement deals, amounting up to NTD10 million (approximately USD318,299).
According to Apple Daily News, the couple, who welcomed baby River and Ryan last month, reportedly have been getting offers not only for baby and maternity product advertisements, but also calls from reality TV productions.
Blackie revealed that there are already five advertisers knocking on their door. However, they have yet to make any decision regarding the offers.
As for the reality programme, Blackie said that his two boys are still too young for such a show.
"We will talk about it later," he said.
When asked whether he will let his sons join the entertainment industry, the Taiwanese TV personality replied, "It depends on what they want to do. I hope they would do sports, but Christine wants them to learn music."
