30 May – In conjunction with the school holidays and upcoming release of Disney and Pixar's "Brave", in Malaysia on 28 June, Sunway Pyramid has organized a "Holiday Adventures" event with various activities featuring the animated film.
Starting from 24 May to 10 June, fans and shoppers can participate in workshops such as Stars Archery's bow and arrow workshops, Cupcake Chic Cupcake Life workshops, Auntie Anne's Pretzel Rolling workshops and WWF-Malaysia's Turtle Talk and Dance with Panda workshops. There will also be a Triple Vision Photography Contest running where participants have to dress up as the ginger triplets in "Brave" and take a picture to win great prizes!
In addition, fans and shoppers who spend RM300 in three receipts, can redeem a free TGV Cinema movie ticket. Should they spend RM500 instead, they are eligible for an additional pair of "London, The Summer Musical" tickets!
If participating in contests sound like too much work, then just come on down to Sunway Pyramid to admire the "Brave" decor in the Concourse area, the highlight being the Castle Dunbroach lookalike!
"Brave" will see release in cinemas in Malaysia on 28 June and in Singapore on 8 August. However, fans and moviegoers can catch the exclusive 3D only screening in Malaysia as early as 21 June!
