Brooklyn Decker says a The Simpsons-inspired Valentine's card was the best gift she's ever received on February 14.
The model-and-actress took part in the cheeky World’s Largest Shave and Kiss Event in New York City yesterday in honour of Valentine's Day.
The event - hosted by Gillette - saw the beauty on a mission to help men get silky smooth skin and kissing-confident for the romantic day.
Brooklyn, who admits she isn't a big celebrator of the event, has revealed her perfect romantic night.
"I think like staying home and cooking dinner sounds fun. You’re beating all of the Valentine’s Day crowds at the restaurants in like New York where I know everything is booked. So I think sharing a bottle of wine and having dinner at home sounds fun," she explained to modelinia.com, before revealing her best Valentine's Day gift ever.
"The most fun Valentine’s Days I’ve had were when I was like in elementary school and everyone in class would give each other little valentines and write each other little notes. This is a weird story, but I remember when I was in elementary school I used to watch The Simpsons, which was probably inappropriate. There was this one episode though where Lisa gets this Valentine’s Day card and it said, 'I choo, choo, choose you.' Well, someone actually gave me a 'choo, choo, choose you' card and I remember being so excited, so that was probably one of the best Valentine’s Day gifts I’ve ever gotten."
Brooklyn also weighed in on Kate Upton's new Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition cover. The 25-year-old star appeared on the cover of the 2010 issue, and loves seeing what the iconic magazine has to offer.
"I haven’t seen the issue yet, but obviously I’ve seen the cover. I’m definitely going to have to pick up my copy at the airport today. But I thought the cover was beautiful," she said.
"I mean the fact they shot in Antarctica is really special because obviously they’ve never done that before, so it’s a very unique, very special cover."
