Candy Lo's beau confirms marriage
29 May - Hong Kong singer Candy Lo has tied the knot with her boyfriend Sammy So recently. This is revealed by the newlywed Sammy, who is also a member of the music band Kolor in an interview on local radio station.
"We registered for our marriage secretly two months ago. No nuptials were held as we can't make up our minds about the guest list. The sole celebration involved only our immediate families."
"We are still in the midst of selecting the wedding photos and will make them public at a later date," Sammy added.
Candy announced her wedding plans during her concert at Hong Kong University of Science & Technology (HKUST) in July last year. At the time, Sammy was also playing the guitar onstage.
The 38-year-old singer had previously hinted that she may leave the music industry to take care of her family as she planned to have children after marriage.
