Chrissie Chau suffers from gastritis
16 Oct – Sexy model-turned-actress Chrissie Chau recently shared that she has been hospitalised for gastritis, and had to forego an important event.
As reported on Xinhua website, on 13 October, the "Journey To The West" actress posted a photo online of her sleeping with a face mask on, and wrote, "I fell victim to illness. I will take my medicine properly. You go away soon!"
Her manager Roy disclosed that Chrissie, who has been working on a film in Qingdao two days prior, suddenly fainted and was rushed to the hospital where the doctor revealed that she has been suffering from gastritis.
Roy stated, "The production in Qingdao was in a rush to wrap up, so Chrissie had been working for 18 hours a day for three days straight."
The 28-year-old actress, who was to return to Hong Kong to attend a forum about films had to cancel her plans, and rest instead.
