    A birth plan is basically a mini plan of what you would ideally like the birth of your child to be like. It can include all sorts of information such as what you would like the atmosphere to be like in the birthing room, what medication you would like during labour and who you want with you at the birth. To help you make your decisions, we've devised an easy-to-download birth plan which asks all the right questions. Just print out, fill in and leave in your labour bag until the big day!
