Is 'Exiled' Pippa Middleton Heading To The Big Apple?

Ever since that headline-grabbing wild party weekend in Paris and an ill-advised photo-op with a Pistol-waving Playboy, Miss Pippa Middleton has kept rather a low-profile. Apart from an appearance alongside her sister, The Duchess of Cambridge and brother-in-law, The Duke of Cambridge at a friend’s wedding last week, the 28-year-old has been notably absent from London’s party scene. And according to Grazia’s sources, this could be set to be a permanent thing. For now it has emerged in the aftermath ‘Parisgate’, and having left her part-time job at Table Talk, Pippa has sensationally decided to quit England and move abroad.

As sister to Kate Middleton, there’s no escaping the fact that Pippa attracts all the attention of a young royal, without the official duties or security that comes with being in The Firm. Palace officials are even said to refer to the ‘Pippa Problem.’ The girl just can’t win. ‘Pippa had been considering moving to Paris,’ said a soure. ‘But now that’s off the cards, she’s been investigating opportunities in America. She would love to move to New York  as she’ll be spending  time there when her book launches.’ And therein lies another problem – the £400,000 deal Pippa has signed with Penguin for a party-planning book, for which interview rights with Pippa are already repotedly being bid over by the likes of Oprah Winfrey and Barbara Walters. There are whispers among London society that it’s ‘inappropriate’ for her to ‘cash in’ on her royal connections. Furthermore, those in Pippa’s circle say she has recently been suffering social exile, ‘Pippa has felt a frosty front from many in the royal set since Paris,  it hasn’t been easy.’
