28 Oct – TVB actress Fala Chen is currently in high demand among TVB executives, with the production team of "The Love Firm" and "Triumph In The Skies 2" fighting to cast her.
According to Jayne Stars, TVB executive, Catherine Tsang is currently in works to produce new drama, "The Love Firm" featuring Wayne Lai and Moses Chan, and is pushing to cast Fala Chen as the lead actress. However, the filming will coincide with Fala's current filming schedule for "Triumph In The Skies 2".
Although there are other TVB actresses, Tsui Ching Hong, the series producer of "The Love Firm", explained that he could not imagine anyone else besides Fala for this role.
After much deliberation, both producers decide to delay the production of "The Love Firm" to late November while waiting for Fala's early release from "Triumph In The Skies 2", upon which she would join them in early December.
When asked about the "fight", Fala said, "I'm just concerned about my lack of time to dedicate to studying the scripts since I'll be travelling quite a bit for "Triumph In The Skies 2", so I'll need to be diligent about checking email to receive the scripts."
She added, "I love being involved in "Triumph In The Skies 2"; I'm also really excited about the new series, especially because I get work with the two TV Kings!"
