G.E.M and Yoga Lin's public display of affection

9 Jul – Yoga Lin and G.E.M Tang's public display of affection at the Taiwan's Golden Melody Awards that was held on 7 July triggered speculations that the two are indirectly announcing their relationship.

Apple Daily reported that the Hong Kong singer and the Taiwanese former "One Million Star" winner walked hand-in-hand at the red carpet event that was held at the Taipei Arena, the latter waving happily to fans and giving the thumbs up to photographers.

G.E.M also looked radiant in her blue dress, but she tripped three times as she was walking up the steps, and Yoga Lin had to help lift her dress up.

However, when asked if their intimate behaviour is their way of announcing their relationship publically, Yoga merely answered, "It's just what a gentleman will do."

As to whether the couple, who were rumoured to have gone on a vacation together to Europe recently, enjoyed their romantic getaway, Yoga replied, "Go to my Facebook and you will see evidence that I was never in Europe."

G.E.M also responded in the same way, "We didn't go on a Europe trip."

Meanwhile, despite earlier reports that many celebrities will not be attending the prestigious event, superstars such as A-Mei, Wang Leehom, David Tao, Jay Chou, Jolin Tsai and Khalil Fong still made their appearances.
