Grace Chan and Sisley Choi join "Trade War"
28 Oct – After winning the Miss Hong Kong crown in September, beauty pageant Grace Chan and runner-up Sisley Choi will be making their acting debut in an upcoming TVB series, "Trade War".
As reported on HK Channel website, producer Marco Law recently announced that the two pageant queen will be joining actors Wayne Lai, Ron Ng, Edwin Siu and Johnson Lee in the new drama that revolves around the business world.
"During the final votes of the pageant, I realised that they are favoured by the audience. Grace and Sisley have talent in performing, and we will give them as much screen time as possible in their first performance," said Mr. Law.
"Trade War", which will begin filming in March 2014, has already filmed their sales presentation recently and the first trailer will be released during the TVB Sales Presentation event on 7 November.
Wayne Lai stated, "I saw Sisley's performance during the sales presentation film shoot, and she's a natural. I think it's good that the company offers opportunities to newcomers of the industry."
