Hebe Tien's bodyguard injures male fan

1 Oct – A fan's welcome turned bloody when a male fan of singer and S.H.E member Hebe Tien was injured during a tussle with Hebe's bodyguard.

GrooveAsia website reported that while arriving at the airport to join singers Jay Chou and Wilbur Pan in a Shanghai concert, excited fans of the 29-year-old singer gathered to welcome her arrival.

However, a male fan that was too eager to snap pictures of Hebe went too close for comfort, prompting her bodyguard to step in and push him aside. An unexplained situation occurred when the bodyguard kicked the fan's face in the process, resulting in an injury to the said fan.

When asked about the situation, Hebe's management company, HIM International Music explained, "Hebe's bodyguard requested the fan to keep his distance but was not taken seriously."

They added, "Hebe has continuously asked fans to keep calm and to take her bodyguards words seriously so that no problem would ever occur."
