19 Aug - Jang Geun-suk's China stay was cut short after the star had enough of his stalker fans.
As reported on Koreaboo website, a representative stated, "A lot of fans gathered at the place where Jang Geun-suk was having dinner after his concert and the police ordered us to leave. Jang had to return to the hotel without having his dinner."
The incident happened during his stay in China to perform at his event, "The Cri Show 2" on 11 August in Shanghai. After wrapping up his concert, the singer went to his dinner party and was followed by a large amount of over enthusiastic fans.
The official continued saying that the fans even followed his car after the incident at the restaurant. It was a dangerous ride back to the hotel and we were lucky to be alive.
The "Love Rain" actor took to Weibo to talk about the incident, stating, "I asked them to drive safely, but they never listen to me. If there's no safety, I won't be able to come back to China again".
He added that the police kept asking him to return to the hotel as quickly as possible due to safety reasons. He continued, "If the fans keep making trouble like this, I would have the difficulty to obtain concert permission from the authority and will not be able to return to China again."
"The CRI Show 2" in Shanghai was a huge success with over 10,000 Chinese fans came to watch the singer in action.
