23 Jul – Although Joe Ma was unable to participate in "Triumph In The Skies II", the actor shared his interest in appearing in the third season, if there is one in planning.
As reported on Apple Daily, at the shooting location for his upcoming series, "Tiger Cubs 2" in Sha Tin, Joe, who appeared in "Triumph In The Skies" as the pilot Vincent a decade ago, was asked if he regretted not being able to join the second series, as it has been very well-received since its premiere last week.
Joe stated, "Vincent died in the first series, and I also had some issues with my TVB contract when "Triumph In The Skies II" began filming. However, I do hope there will be a third season of the show. Fans really did miss Vincent."
He was also full of praises for the cast of the second season, and revealed that watching them made him missed the times when he filmed the original season.
Meanwhile, Joe Ma has been busy filming the action scene for "Tiger Cubs 2" with co-stars Johnson Lee, Him Law, Oscar Leung and Benjamin Yuen.
"I had to keep on eating to get my strength and avoid a heatstroke," stated the actor, when asked about the thick and heavy SDU uniforms they had to wear.
