Filmmaker Karan Johar might have been seen in a short role as Shah Rukh Khan's friend in blockbuster hit Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge but the director-producer, whose last product Agneepath became a massive hit, is now looking forward to face the camera in a full fledged role, it seems.
Confirming the role, Johar was quoted saying, "I now aspire to act. Invariably, I have landed up playing myself in a movie. but as I have turned 40, I feel the one thing I would like to do is to play a full-fledged part, something that suits me and my personality."
Karan Johar's next directorial venture is Student Of The Year, which will be Johar's first film to not star close friend Shah Rukh Khan.
