Kareena Kapoor, it seems is the new cameo queen, as not only has she agreed to do an item song for Salman Khan's Dabangg 2, but will also be seen in Akshay Kumar-Sonakshi Sinha starrer Rowdy Rathore.
Kapoor recently shot for a song and scene for the film, as a gesture for Rowdy Rathore's co-producer Shabinaa Singh, who is very good friends with her.Singh and Kareena's friendship goes a long way and therefore when the designer-turned-producer approached her for this cameo, the a RA.One star immediately agreed. Sources reveal, that Kareena didn't charge a penny for her appearance in the film.
"I have done the cameo for Shabinaa and Sanjay. Both are very dear to me," the 31-year-old actress, who will be seen in a glamorous avatar in the film, was quoted saying.
Meanwhile, Kareena is busy with Madhur Bhandarkar's ambitious project Heroine, in which she'll play the protagonist.
