Kim Jae Won has sustained an injury on the set of his drama.
It was revealed on October 31 as Kim Jae Won was shooting a quarreling scene for his MBC drama, May Queen, he sustained an injury in the muscle of his right thigh. 
Despite the injury, as Kim Jae Won didn’t want to cause any trouble to the other cast and staff members, insisted on filming his scene until the end before being taken to a hospital for examination.
Luckily, the medical tests revealed the injury wasn’t severe but added thorough treatment and care would be needed for a full recovery.
The actor has since returned to the drama’s regular shooting schedule.
