Linda Chung's concert to be held in August
1 Jul – Good girl Linda Chung recently revealed that her anticipated solo mini-concert will be held in late August.
As reported on Groove Asia website, while speaking to the media at the press conference for her "Love Love Love" concert, Linda, who was accompanied by TVB executive Virginia Lok as well as her boss, Herman Ho revealed, "The concert will be held on 22 and 23 August at the Kowloonbay International Trade and Exhibition Centre (KITEC)."
Linda, who will also begin filming for "Tiger Cubs 2" was asked if the two different obligations to act and rehearse for the concert overwhelms her, to which she answered enthusiastically, "I'm sure I can handle it. I've been looking forward to this for five years. Everything came to me all of a sudden, but I still find it enjoyable."
The actress was also tight-lipped about her guest performers, and only hinted that one of them is a female senior that she idolises.
Moreover, Linda enthused that she is also participating in the designing of her costumes, but revealed that she will not be wearing any sexy dresses to avoid wardrobe malfunction.
Asked if she would invite rumoured boyfriend Philip Ng to attend the show, Linda joked, "He should purchase his own ticket and tell his friends to come support me. Everybody needs to come support me!"
