31 Jul – Japanese instrumental rock band LITE has announced that they would be embarking on a tour around the United States starting this October.
According to Tokyo Hive, the band would be performing 10 shows in nine locations and would be traveling with Mike Watt's Missingmen. Their first performance would be on 3 October at the Urban Lounge in Salt Lake City.
This would be LITE's second tour in the US, since they made their US debut about a year and a half ago.
Before the tour, LITE would also be performing at the 'Rising Sun Rock Festival 2012 in Ezo', 'Summer Sonic 2012' and 'Ringo Ongkakusai 2012 Fall' festivals in September.
LITE was formed in 2003 and consist of members Nobuyuki Takeda (guitarist), Kozo Kusumoto (guitarist), Jun Izawa (bassist) and Akinori Yamamoto (drummer).
