Moses and Aimee hold second wedding banquet
22 Jul â Newlyweds Moses Chan and Aimee Chan recently held their second wedding banquet in Toronto, after their small June reception in Paris.
As reported on Mingpao, on 17 July, a banquet was held at the Regent Chinese Restaurant in Thornhill that catered to 160 guests, which includes Moses' family members. The cost of the banquet was estimated at HKD 200,000 (app. USD 25,579).
Aimee looked radiant in her low-cut navy evening dress, while her husband Moses stayed loyally by her side throughout the event.
Meanwhile, Aimee's father took the chance to dismiss previous reports saying that the banquet was held because he was unsatisfied with the Paris reception, saying that the banquet has actually been planned for since last year.
When asked his thoughts about new son-in-law, Mr. Chan expressed, "I am very pleased with him. He is gentle and soft-spoken."
Aimee later turned to Weibo and wrote, "Merci beaucoup! Thank you so much to everyone for your generous blessings and good wishes. Sharing this happiness with all of you made the beginning of our life together extra special."
In related news, sources claimed that Aimee might be carrying a baby boy.
