Myolie Wu is worth HKD 50 million
25 Jul – Myolie Wu, who has been TVB's 'golden bachelorette' since her breakup with her boyfriend of eight years, Bosco Wong, has been proven to be as wealthy as her title.
As reported on HK news recently, the 33-year-old TVB actress, who has been focusing her time and attention on work ever since her breakup, is estimated to be worth millions of dollars.
In the course of a year, it was revealed that Myolie has filmed three TVB dramas, with one of them being "Triumph In The Skies II", and she has attended more than 10 endorsement events, bringing in about HKD 30 million (app. USD 3,867,090) in earnings.
In addition to the amount made from acting and event appearances, Myolie has also been dabbling in real-estate by investing in four properties, making her one of the highest earning TVB actress with HKD 50 million (app. USD 6,445,150).
The actress expressed, "I have an ambition, and that is to buy a property after filming every drama. Property investment is more stable. I pay half of the property value as down payment and the remaining sum will be paid by my tenant. That way, I will have some savings in my retirement!"
