Nicholas Tse celebrates birthday alone
3 Sep – Hong Kong actor Nicholas Tse has just turned 33, but due to his hectic movie schedule and relationship rumours, it was just a solo birthday celebration for him.
As reported on BBC News, the actor, whose birthday was on 29 August, returned to Hong Kong in the wee hours of the morning after a late night shoot for the upcoming movie "From Vegas To Macau" by himself, and refused to talk to the paparazzi camping out in front of his building.
The actor did not leave his Pacific Place apartment for the rest of the day and was only visited by his mother Deborah Lee, who brought him a homemade soup. She told the reporters, "My home cooked soup is the best gift."
The actor only agreed to a tele-interview, saying that he was touched by his mother's warm gesture and that he missed his two sons, Lucas and Quintus.
When asked if the boys will celebrate a belated birthday with him, Nicholas answered, "I am planning to visit them in Canada in the near future."
