Rachel Zoe’s suitcase containing “all her favourite pieces” is still missing.
The celebrity stylist’s bag was lost last week during an American Airlines flight from Los Angeles to Miami.
Rachel was planning on enjoying her Christmas holiday in St. Barts, but was upset to discover all her clothes for the holiday had been misplaced when she got her connecting flight.
“Rachel jetted from Los Angeles to Miami just before the Christmas holiday, and her suitcase with all of her favourite pieces has been missing ever since,” a source told New York Post.
Rachel is a stylist to actresses such as Cameron Diaz, Anne Hathaway and Kate Hudson.
As a result her clothes are some of the priciest and rarest pieces around. The suitcase was rumoured to include a “Tom Ford for Gucci vintage leather jacket and Missoni kaftans”.
According to reports there has been no word from the airline about the missing luggage.
Although Rachel was able to pick up a few emergency pieces in Miami, she wants her luxury labels back.
“American has offered up no information as to its whereabouts,” the source said of the lost baggage. “It’s been a week now. There hasn’t been any info on [the bag’s] whereabouts, or an estimated return date whatsoever.”
A representative for the airline confirmed they are still looking for the missing suitcase.
However, they insist Rachel will not receive any special treatment just because she is a celebrity name.
“We are working diligently to find Ms. Zoe’s bag, as we would for any passenger,” they said.
