RaNia is looking to America to begin its entry into the markets there.
DR Music revealed on October 26, the group had signed on with Empire Records, a subsidiary of Universal Records, to begin its entry into America. RaNia has also signed a contract with Fireworks to manage the group there.
Empire Records is one of America’s biggest hip hop and R&B labels while Fireworks is headed by Michael Williams who most recently marketed Chris Brown for his Grammy Award winning album.
Following the signing of their contract, Empire Records’ lawyer Brett Louis, expressed his confidence in RaNia’s success in America and state he also believed the group could extend its success beyond to the world.
The two sides will soon begin ironing out the details but the group may begin its entry as early as this winter.
RaNia plans to leave for America in November to begin its activities there.
