Robert Pattinson is set to appear in his first television interview since his world was shattered with news that Kristen Stewart cheated on him.
The 26-year-old actor will promote his new movie Cosmopolis on Good Morning America on August 15.
It is not yet known if the chat will just focus just on the film or whether he will open up about his heartbreak.
This will be his first major public appearance but there are reports that the British star was seen out at a bar over the weekend in Ojai, California.
Robert is thought to be hiding out at the luxury home of his Water for Elephants co-star Reese Witherspoon.
Us Weekly claims that Robert had an “amazing” night at country-western bar Deer Lodge on Saturday night.
Robert had “a few drinks and laughs” with some friends of his, onlookers told the site.
“He looked like a guy that was just trying to enjoy himself and get away,” the insider said. “Seems like a good kid.”
