2 Nov – It was revealed that Taiwanese singer Show Luo has taken TWD 100 million (approx. USD 3.4 million) in insurance coverage for his leg.
Asianpopnews website reported that the singer decided to take the coverage as a safety measure for his Taipei concert next year. Luo will be attempting dangerous stunts in his performance at the concert, to be held at the Taipei Arena on 4 and 5 January 2013.
According to sources, the singer will attempt to break free from metal chains while being elevated at a 4-metre platform under explosive smoky effect before jumping down the platform.
Regarding the expensive coverage, Show Luo only joked, "They are my diamond legs!"
The singer explained that although there will be safety measures during the concert, his management company was worried that he may injured his legs. Thus, they decided to provide an insurance coverage on his legs.
