SISTAR’s Hyorin has revealed the reason behind her not doing plastic surgery.
Through the June 13th broadcast of MBC’s ‘Radio Star’ Korean female singers special, representative female singers from different eras including Kim Wan Sun (1st generation), Bada (2nd generation) and Hyorin (3rd generation) were guests as they shared their stories.
Faced with constant rumours that she wasn’t a natural beauty, Hyorin said, “Our agency didn’t allow us (members) to have plastic surgery. Before our group’s debut, I wanted to become prettier. So I actually went to about 2 to 3 clinics for reviews. One doctor said ‘If you want to have surgery, you need to do it on more than 10 areas’ and advise me ‘You should just be contended with your present state’. But I still very much want to do plastic surgery.”
Curious netizens thus went to dig up photos of Hyorin before she made her debut and did a before and after comparison. Through her many photos in school and etc., one can tell that there really isn’t much difference except for her face looking a tad smaller now.
