Indo-Canadian adult star, Sunny Leone, who'll mark her Bollywood debut with Pooja Bhatt's 'Jism 2', is now a citizen of India.
Leone declared her newly acquired Indian citizenship on Twitter today, writing, "I have the greatest news today everyone!!! I am officially a resident of INDIA!!!!!! Wooohoooo."
Leone was born Karen Malhotra in Sarnia, Ontario Canada to Sikh Punjabi parents. She made waves, when she appeared on reality TV show 'Bigg Boss 5' and was thereafter roped in by the Bhatt Camp, for their upcoming erotic thriller.
The 30-year-old actress, is taking classes to improve her Hindi, for her maiden Bollywood venture and she has already wrapped up the first schedule of the film, which was shot in Jaipur.
Starring Arunoday Singh, Randeep Hooda and Imran Zahid alongside Sunny, 'Jism 2' is slated to release in December this year.
