Captain Robin van Persie leads the line with Theo Walcott and Yossi Benayoun on either side for the Premier League clash at the Emirates Stadium.
Wigan are looking to repeat their stunning performance to see off leaders Manchester United last time out but must do so without goalscorer Shaun Maloney, who misses out due to a slight knock to the knee picked up in training.
Spaniard Jordi Gomez replaces the attacker in the solitary change from manager Roberto Martinez, with Victor Moses, who had a header controversially disallowed against the Red Devils, continuing up front.
