Toby Leung injured while filming "Midas"
6 Nov – Actress Toby Leung recently revealed that she was injured while filming her new TVB drama.
As reported on Apple Daily website, the actress took part in the 9th CFCF Tug-of-War alongside Charmaine Sheh as the event's ambassador. However, Toby, who appeared with crutches, became the centre of media's attention instead.
When asked about her left leg that was in a cast, Toby revealed that she was injured while filming the new series, "Midas", saying, "I got too excited and kicked too high during a fighting scene. I sprained my leg and ligament because of it!"
However, the actress assured that the injury was not too serious although she will have to be in a cast for four weeks before it recovers.
She light-heartedly added, "I play a Taekwondo expert and have many fighting scenes in the series. I even went for a few lessons. It's sad that I was injured five minutes into filming it!"
