21 Sep – TVB actors Toby Leung and Ron Ng denied rumours of them flirting with each other during a poolside party after filming "The Triumph in the Skies 2".
According to Mingpao website, the rumour started when the media snapped photos of the outgoing actress, seemingly flirting with co-stars Ron Ng and Stefan Wong. They also claimed that a drunk Ron Ng hugged Toby intimately despite knowing her marital status.
While Toby Leung admitted to have participated in a pool party with five men and another woman – a TVB makeup artist, she denied the flirtation rumours, stating that Ron Ng is like an elder brother and that her husband knows everything that she does.
She stated that the media may have given the wrong impression and saw them behaving intimately when they were just playing drinking and wrestling games.
Meanwhile, Ron Ng stated, "We did not hug nor held hands by the poolside. Toby's husband is a friend of mine and Toby is like a sister to me."
