MBN released a 30 second trailer of its new horror drama series titled “Knock” on its official website yesterday. The series stars Seo Woo and Kim Hyun Sung as its lead actors.
In the short, but suspenseful trailer, Seo Woo exhibits her talent in acting. Her frightful reaction in response to a sudden knocking sound is convincing - accompanied by the creepy, tense background music, the trailer really does bring out the fear factor of the drama.
A series of hair-raising clips from the trailer make it particularly memorable - a pair of bare feet scrambling as if escaping from something; Seo Woo’s petrified look as she hears the knocking sound and Kim Hyun Sung’s heated gaze and eerie smile all add to the suspenseful atmosphere.
“Knock” tells the story of a curse passed down a supernatural family in the form of a mysterious mask and the frightening stories that ensues with the people who come in contact with it. The drama will begin airing at the beginning of August on MBN.
