A few days ago, it had been announced that Vivek Oberoi and Mallika Sherawat would be coming together for a film titled Saali Khushi, where Oberoi would play the role of a cop in the film, which is to be directed by Sagar Ballary of Bheja Fry fame.
However, now it seems that both Oberoi and Sherawat have denied being apart of the project! When Oberoi, who is currently shooting for Krrish 3 heard about the news of him playing the male lead in the movie, the actor was quoted saying, "Just because I hear a script doesn't mean I am doing the film." On the other hand, Mallika Sherawat's business manager Rakesh Rathore too blamed the producers of using Mallika's name for garnering publicity, when in fact, she had reportedly just met them to hear the script without agreeing to anything.
To his credit, debut producer Mukesh Chaudhary admitted that announcing the names was a mistake on their side as nothing was finalized yet. Vivek Oberoi and Mallika Sherawat will however be seen opposite each other in Kismat, Love, Paisa, Dilli.
