Wong Jing's new protege plays Smartie

25 Oct – Wong Jing has finally unveiled the actress that will be playing Gigi Lai's iconic role, Smartie, in "Young and Dangerous: Reloaded".

As reported on Popular Asians website, the stuttering character of Smartie – who was originally played by actress Gigi Lai, will be played by one of Wong Jing's protege, Kimmy Tong.

The actress was revealed to be playing the iconic Chan Ho Nam's love interest during the final fugitive scene – where Him (as Chan Ho Nam) and Kimmy (as Smartie) try to flee the city by boat in Tai Kok Tsui.

Rumour has it that the mentioned scene will be the only scene where Kimmy would appear in and her character will only be further developed in the sequel.

In the new instalment, Chan Ho Nam's love interest is a rich girl character played by Michelle Hu.
