Yui announces new single

10 Aug – Japanese singer-songwriter Yui has announced that she would be releasing her first single for 2012.

According to Tokyo Hive, the single titled 'Fight' would be released on 5 September, after fans had not heard from her in 10 months.

'Fight' would be released in regular and limited edition, with a mysterious DVD that will be attached to the limited edition.

'Fight' has already been selected to be the set piece for the 79th NHK Nationwide Junior High School Music Competition, and one of the theme songs for "Minna no Uta" by NHK.
