French singer-songwriter Charles Dumont, pictured here in 2010, who wrote the music to one of Edith Piaf's top hits, appealed Sunday for the return of precious mementos that were stolen from his Paris apartment. The objects were in a safe that was ripped out of its place and removed from the apartment while Dumont, who is in his early 80s, was touring in Canada, the report said less
