2NE1 is Just So, So Cool
If everybody loves Teddy, 2NE1 is apparently just too cool for its own good.
“Out of all the K-Pop groups, my gut tells me 2NE1 will be the biggest global Asian group,” said pop star will.i.am.
That is some compliment coming from the Black Eyed Peas leader, who is currently traveling the world for Intel’s Ultrabook Project, finding inspiration for 12 new tracks he is creating in partnership with the brand.
The 2NE1 members were featured in a clip released by Intel for the epic project, where will.i.am talked about working with the girl group.
Following his high praise for the group, will.i.am goes on to pinpoint each of the 2NE1 members’ charms, saying of the group’s leader, “CL is just—she is just too cool. Her style, her fashion, her personality.”
What does he think of the youngest member Minzy?
“She’s just too cute,” he said.
Meanwhile, of Sandara Park, will.i.am said, “She’s just this loud but cool, cute one.”
Our personal favorite, however, was will.i.am’s compliment for Park Bom.
“She’s cool, right, and her name is ‘the bomb,” said the pop star.
Touché, will.i.am, touché.
