Aamir Khan launches TV show Satyamev Jayate song

After creating enough mystery and hype and hoopla, Aamir Khan unveiled the music video of his upcoming maiden TV show 'Satyamev Jayate' today. While all these days the show was kept under wraps and a huge suspense was shrouded around about its treatment and format, Aamir Khan did manage to share a few details.
The music video features Aamir Khan travelling across the country and meeting with people from various sections, interacting with the locals and taking keen interest in their lives. The video gives the basic feel of what the show is going to be. An inspiring composition by Ram Sampath with Prasoon Joshi's lyrics, beautifully express one's love towards his country through this anthem. The music video or love song for the country is shot by Ram Madhvani.
The much awaited show will go on air from the next month i.e. from May 6. The show has been slotted for Sunday mornings (11 am). Quite interestingly the slot reminds one of epic shows Mahabharat and Ramayana. The show will have 13 episodes. Every episode will have a special song. Music composer Ram Sampath has composed all the songs.
Satyame Jayate title cannot be registered as it belongs to the country, yet the team decided to go with it.
