Ada Choi withdraws from children apparel business
24 Nov – Hong Kong actress Ada Choi recently announced her withdrawal from her children apparel brand, Motion Picture Kidswear.
According to Mingpao News, the actress shared the news on her Weibo, saying, "A year ago, I invested in the company with much delight, but now I have decided to withdraw my investment."
Though she did not reveal the reason behind her withdrawal, Ada said that she is still thankful for the opportunity to learn a thing or two about business.
"I will continue to work hard and prepare for the future. Thank you to all supporters!" she added.
The news was a surprise to many, as Ada had worked hard promoting the store, and had once stated that she would like to make the business a listed company in the future.
