Andy Lau plans for daughter to study in Malaysia and Singapore
12 Jul – According to insiders, Andy is likely to send his daughter to a primary school in Malaysia and continue her further education in Singapore. Andy gave a thumbs-up to the Singaporean education system as he believed the system is perfect, insiders said.
Hong Kong media reported that Andy Lau had bought a mansion worth HKD 2 billion (SGD 330 million) for his family. It was understood that this is to "provide more space" for his daughter.
The luxurious mansion is reportedly located at Kadoorie Hill, Hong Kong. The building consists of two floors with each floor covering an area of more than 186 square metres.
Surrounding the mansion is a wall with a height of 10 metres to provide a high degree of privacy and security, as requested by Andy. Two checkpoints are also set up by Andy to protect his family.
Informed sources disclosed that Andy had spent over HKD 1 million (SGD 163k) just to build a so-called perfect room for his daughter.
