Anne Heung revives acting career
28 Aug - Former TVB actress Anne Heung is planning to make a comeback to her acting career that she left in 2008 and is arranging to accept acting roles for dramas in Mainland China where she is currently based at.
According to JayneStars, Heung had reportedly left the property development consultancy she was working for after she departed from the entertainment industry, and has expressed her interest in reviving her acting career that began when she joined TVB in 1998, after winning the Miss Hong Kong Pageant that year.
Although Heung is well-loved for her appearances in numerous Hong Kong dramas such as "The Legend of Lady Yang", "Love is Beautiful", "Riches and Stitches" and "Au Revoir", Heung is first accepting roles for dramas in Mainland China.
However, Heung is hopeful that she would be able to reunite with former co-stars Marianne Chan, Gigi Lai and Wayne Lai in future dramas.
Aside from that, Heung is also entering a partnership to start a wedding planning company in Hong Kong, specialising in destination weddings for couples.
