Big Bang Places 12th on Billboard’s Social 50 Chart
As if Big Bang’s showing on Billboard’s World Album and Heatseekers Charts weren’t enough, Big Bang has managed to place in Billboard’s Social 50 Chart as well.
On June 8, Billboard revealed its updated Social 50 Chart listing for the week of June 16, 2012. Sandwiched in between the likes of global stars such as Shakira, David Guetta and Jennifer Lopez, the boys of Big Bang made its debut on the chart and placed 12th for the week.
Billboard’s Social 50 Chart, ranks artists based on their weekly additions of friends, fans/followers, artist page views and weekly song plays.
In other words, everything from the artist’s tweets, Facebook fans to YouTube views are taken into account.
Congratulations Big Bang!
