Big week for HOUSEFULL 2, BITTOO BOSS feels dull!

This week's major release, Wide Frame Pictures and Viacom 18 Motion Pictures' BITTOO BOSS was never expected to open big, but the dull start of 15-20 percent was way below expectations. The opening is somewhat better in CP Berar and CI and the single screens of the Hindi belt. Though BITTOO BOSS may see an improvement during the weekend but the still quite strong HOUSEFULL 2 will mar its chances further.
Meanwhile last week's Sajid Khan directed HOUSEFULL 2 consolidated its bumper weekend by having a very steady weekday(s) run. The 72 crore (all inclusive cost) HOUSEFULL 2 has netted a big 63-64 crore (to be validated) during the opening week, the best ever opening week for an Akshay Kumar starrer, beating the previous record of TEES MAAR KHAN by 13-14 crore! The film is also having a dream run in the overseas even after the superb Easter weekend.
HOUSEFULL 2 is sure to get to at least a hit mark, if not more as the film has moved quite strongly into the second weekend.
