The Boss cancels new album

19 Apr – With the controversies and investigations revolving around their CEO, Open World Entertainment idol group, The Boss has decided to cancel their new album release.

According to Korea.com, the new album was supposedly released on 17 April. However, due to the recent development with the case, all activities within the company have been put to a halt.

The five members of The Boss debuted back in 2010. However they have made their cross over to Japan (known as Daikoku Danji) due to lacklustre acceptance in Korea. Their Japanese single "Jumping" was released last March to the third spot on the Oricon Daily Chart.
