Carina Lau is indifferent to Chow Yun Fat's charm

7 Aug – Chow Yun Fat may have mesmerised his co-star Nick Cheung with his star persona but even his kiss has no effect on award-winning actress Carina Lau.

As reported on Mingpao News, the Hong Kong actress, who recently had an intimate kiss scene with the international superstar for new movie "From Vegas to Macau 2", said that kissing Chow Yun Fat is just child's play.

Speaking to the media at a ForeverMark Diamond event recently, she even joked, "I have already asked [director] Andrew Lau to add more scenes like that."

"It was not awkward at all, even if Chow's wife was on the set. But if it's with the people I know well, then it's different," said Carina.

She admitted it was easier for her to act in such a scene with Chow rather than with her own husband, Tony Leung.

Carina also added that her friends have been visiting her at the set, though she suspected that they were only there to ogle at Chow.

In regard to her stage play, "Tonnochy", Carina expressed, "It has been really rough and challenging because the character I play is difficult and has a lot of lines. But I've had a lot of fun doing it."
