Celebrity friends win prizes at Jackie Chan's birthday

14 Apr – The always generous Jackie Chan recently spent money from his own wallet to buy various prizes for a lucky draw held on his 60th birthday celebration in Hong Kong.

According to Oriental Daily, the actor who recently returned to Hong Kong for another celebration organised by good friend Eric Tsang at the Clearwater Bay Shaw Studio, gave out several different prizes to lucky draw winners including an electric vehicle won by David Lo, a printer and a camera won by Simon Yam, as well as three license plates bearing the number 3, 33, and 333 to Chin Kar Lok.

When asked about the license plate, Chin Kar Lok stated, "Jackie was so happy that I won the license plates. He asked me not to sell them to other people. Of course I won't, because luckily, I have three cars!"

He also joked that a miracle took place at the party, saying that the usually drunk Eric Tsang was able to stay sober for the rest of the event. In a later interview, Eric confessed that staying sober at the party was his gift for Jackie Chan!

Meanwhile, Jacky Cheung who did not win anything at the lucky draw, also confessed of not buying any present for the action superstar.

The Heavenly King light-heartedly stated, "Jackie Chan already has a private jet, so I didn't prepare any gift!"
