Chrissie Chau receives flowers from mysterious admirer
7 May – Chrissie Chau recently stressed her bachelorette status, after a mysterious gift from a Mr. Liu sparked rumours that she is currently in a relationship.
According to Hong Kong's On CC news agency, the actress recently disclosed on her Weibo account that a mysterious person named Mr. Liu has sent her a bouquet of blue roses.
Thanking the said person for the gift, Chrissie stated, "I am happy and blessed with happiness. Hope you will feel the same too."
The Weibo post attracted not only her fellow friends, but also other followers including the media, sparking rumours that she is indeed dating the said Mr. Liu.
However, when asked about the rumours, Chrissie stated that she is still single and that she has no idea about the actual identity of Mr. Liu.
"I have quite a few suitors recently, and I am not sure which one is Mr. Liu," said Chrissie.
The actress revealed that the mysterious sender asked a crew member to pass a parcel containing the flowers to her and the only thing she knew from the note attached with the parcel is that the said person lives in Zhejiang.
