Crystal Lee wants "Unbeatable" to win everything at HKFA

11 Apr – While other competitors for the HKFA's Best Supporting Actress award have not put much hope into winning the award, 10-year-old Crystal Lee is excited about her nomination and hopes her movie, "Unbeatable" can win everything!

According to Oriental Daily, the child actress who won Best Actress at the 1st Shanghai International Film Festival last year, is enthusiastic about "Unbeatable" being nominated in 11 categories and said, "I hope the movie can sweep all the awards!"

"Our box office record was the highest, so I really hope the judges would give them to us!" she enthused.

The Malaysian-born actress also misses and hopes to see "Brother Ka Fai" - a term of endearment for Hong Kong actor and "Unbeatable" co-star, Nick Cheung – at the event, and said that she would personally attend it this coming Sunday.

Being the youngest nominee, Crystal, who plays feisty girl Xiaodan that touches former boxer Ching Fai's heart in the movie, will be competing against huge stars and veteran actresses – Carina Lau, Helena Law, Kara Hui and Du Juan.

The Hong Kong Film Awards will be held on April 13, 2014.
