Edison Chen harass Chinese actress
23 May – Edison Chen's latest attempts to woo a Chinese actress had been exposed by a friend of the actress, after they could not tolerate his indecent approach.
According to Asian Bite, Chen had invited Chinese actress Joyce Wu to meet him at his hotel alone on 6 April, and sent another message to Wu on 16 May, which read; "Do you wanna play with me?"
Unable to accept Chen's untoward approaches, a friend of Wu leaked a picture of the message conversation between the two, which was circulated online soon after.
Chen and Wu had supposedly met on the set of "Tourbillion" in Beijing and had apparently sent messages to other actresses from the movie. He even suggested that they should invite Wu for a multiple date.
"Hopefully, he would quickly stop sending messages harassing other actresses. Joyce Wu is not the first actress that he has harassed. However, we will use public scrutiny to make sure that Joyce will be the last actress he bothers with his games!" said the anonymous friend.
